    Default A little help please??

    Hello

I was just wondering why I can't access some of the free resources in the downloads section? It says that if you are a member you can access some in the green area, but i dont even know where that is?!?!

As you can may be able to tell, this whole thing is beginning to frazzle my brain

Green members are those that have been around for a long time and done lots of posts, they have their own special area of the forum, they share some very useful downloads and information but sadly in the past people have taken them and sold them on eBay So those downloads are now kept only for the green members.

However all the other downloads on that page are for everyone to use.

There is more here about membership ranks and how you can access them - http://childmindinghelp.co.uk/forum/...ad.php?t=38984

    Hope that helps

Yes there are some areas that do not count such as lounge and for sale.

the most important thing is to get involved and chat about things... you will soon have a higher post count

This would be classed as Childcare on a Non Domestic premises.

This Ofsted Fact Sheet might help:
