No but you can pay rent if you want!

Have a look in the Member Information section, there is a post there called Frequently Asked Questions, it will explain how you become a full member plus lots of other things that you didn't know you were going to ask

You need to have done 300 posts. (A post is the message that you write on the Forum, like this one)

60 days of membership - 60 days since you joined the Forum.

Hope that explains it.
