    Default loging in/out

    Hiya

Does it matter if I don't log out? I tend to stay logged in all the time and then when I go online I haven't got to bother iyswim.

I am always logged in but sometimes depending on how I close down my computer it does sometimes log me out

I'm not sure what happens with me when I log off - I do log off but when I come back I'm still here if you see what I mean!

Do I look like I'm always here? Ha ha! I'm not!

I do not think that can happen Holly !

If you turn your pc off then come back into the forum you know if you are logged in still if you do not have to put your password in again

If it does not ask for your password then you have been here since the last time you were here but if you have to put in your password again then you must have logged out last time you were here

    If you understand that

as soon as you close internet explorer you're no longer logged in, it's just that your cookies remember your password when you click on forum address. I can close explorer down and view the forum as a guest on firefox and i won't be logged in.

Sorry i haven't explained it very well

no it won't lou as you would have in theory logged out of the system. If you did a spyware test and removed all of the spyware in your cookies then you would have to log back in with your password.

Drat i know what i mean but can't put it into words, sorry

If you stay logged in you will not always be shown as here because if you are inactive for a while it takes you off the 'who's on line' thingy.
