Have seen on here a couple of times that some Childminders have had Movie afternoons, well we are having one now and wow :clapping: we have 9 mindees, ranging from 4 to 16, all sat in total silence eating popcorn watching a movie.
I must admit I was a bit unsure but what a success :thumbsup:

We had one last week - my 17 and 14yr olds, plus mindees 12 and 11 watched Daddy Daycare :thumbsup:

We usually do this on the last day before the Christmas break, the LO's love it and sit engrossed for the whole film:D

this is what we do when it is really tipping down outside, it's lush. we get all the blankets and throws out too and totally chillax. just love rainy days. we leave the french doors open too so we can fully appreciate a good old thunder storm.....

we always do one at xmas too. a lovely xmas movie :D

Ah, my son watched that the other day and was sobbing. He is 5. Can't wait for the Christmas movies. Polar Express is my favourite.

i just got Hop and Authur and the Invisibles out for my son and he decided to watch home alone 2 for the third time! the magic of the silly comedies!!
