To me it is so worth it. It keeps me on the right track, but I don't have the hassle of getting to a meeting. I love tracking food intake, exercise and weight loss and measurements. It makes me see very clearly what I have eaten, where I might want to do changes, and above all how well I've done! :clapping: :D
That's all I need really. I tried on my own before and got bored after a week or two. I am one of those people who needs a push to be good and stay on track! :littleangel:
