Another question - colour recognition

Sorry, my mind is just not working tonight! Where on earth does colour recognition come into the learning areas. I just can't find it anywhere!!!

download a copy of the areas of learning and development onto your computer.

Then search it using key words such as 'colour' using 'control' and 'f' key on your keyboard. :idea:

It's in creative development - exploring media and materials - 16 - 26 months :D

Wouldn't this also be KUW (knowledge and understanding of the world)?
ie. skin colour differences, colours around them, colours of nature etc.. etc..?

I guess you could link it to few areas :) Like most things anyhow I've noticed!

and CLL if they are using the names as labels

I'm struggling to know where to put colour recognition using the revised EYFS.
