I don't really know and can't say I noticed on my application form.

i say a statement is what you are goin to do and a policy is a procedure you go though or follow if that makes sense but i could be totaly wrong .. so im hoping someone else will be along soon ;)
What ones are you trying to do?
Did you go on the SCMA induction course?
Cause I just ignored all the points in Part 5 and just did the ones SCMA said you needed... they had help points telling you what your statements should include.
I also used the BCMA website for help.

all of them! i've given up now and just gone with what i think of as a policy - i imagine they'll be right on the phone if i've got it wrong :rolleyes:Quote:
