Recovering money owed for childcare

Over many Years we have suffered with parents who have received Government Childcare payments and then left us without settling their account.
As they have already received their childcare payments we are then left with the option of either taking them to Court or writing off the debt.
If the government money for Childcare was paid directly to us then at least we have a large proportion of the money owed to us they left without settling their account. I have raised this with our local M.P. and am awaiting a reply. I intend trying to set up a Government on line petition.
