As long as you know where to find their name. I've bookmarked our local web page so its easy to find. I said something like 'I'm not 100% sure off the top of my head, but I can look it up for you' on my inspection.
Cheshire east give us a poster to display - I check the LSCB website every few months to make sure it hasn't changed :D
