It is not a requirement of the Eyfs to do a course...
If your local authority are asking you to do one they should signpost appropriate training providers.
If it's something you want to do there are quite a few online / home study courses - Childcare.co.uk have a good one for gold members of the site :D
The autism west midlands course were very good
