Hi I am trying to register an assistant. It has come to light that in the past she has had a seizure. Anybody know if this will stop her becoming a suitable person to work with me? Ofsted say they can not comment until they receive the health declaration.

do you have any more detail about the seizure? like how long ago and if there was ever a diagnosis?
the reason i ask is i know of a person who had their 1st ever seizure completely out of the blue. Tests didnt find anything so this person was allowed to disregard it after 6 months. Back to driving etc.
It turns out there has been 3 in total but 1year apart. Nothing came out from tests but she has been advised to take meds to he on safe side. X
