leaflet for new parents - anything i missed?

Hi all,

I am putting together a leaflet for prospective parents and so far have the following headings:

About me - qualifications, who lives in the home, etc
About my setting - opening hours, fees, holidays and absence info, late payment etc
What we do - activities, outings, groups
Food & drink - examples of snacks and meals
What you need to bring - nappies, clothes, sun cream etc
What happens next - settling in info, deposit and contracts info etc

Have I missed anything? I will be adding photos of my setting as at the moment the room is completely empty.

You will probably find that you will want to change it as time goes on but that's ok too. Starting CM ing is a huge learning curve.

maybe you could show a list of your policies and procedures !!
