Registering with SCSWIS

Hi guys, new to the forum and in need of some help. I have recently moved home and have been looking for some time at becoming a childminder. I have logged into SCSWIS to register, however it doesnt seem to let me fill out my online application. Has this happened to anyone?? thanks x

I've just helped someone out with filing in the form. she ended up saving it to her desktop before filling it in then emailing it in. If you phone the eforms helpline they'll be able to help.
