I have started to cm my nephew who is 8 weeks old, I am abit stuck on what to note down as settling notes and starting points for one as he is so young, he sleeps most of the time any ideas would be very much appreciated.

8 weeks ..oh my goodness, how cute :D At the eating, sleeping and pooing in no particular order stage :thumbsup:
I would just put that he is in a good routine with feeding/sleeping?
His mood and temperament, is he a happy baby?
Focusing on face when feeding?
Head support and control?
