Right got 2 letters today one small size and one A4 size, so I open the small size and its the childcare application invoice a4 size just in a small envelope, open the A4 size same letter, now just being dumb here but do I have to pay twice?

I received 2 last month, I called to query it as there were 2 different security numbers and they told me it was a system blip and only 1 would go out(direct debit). I thought it was supposed to have been resolved though.
You only have to pay once- but give Ofsted a call to check which reference number you need
