I admit that I was not part of any picnic..no interest in my area
I followed some of the tweets during the day but not sure how the day went...mind you there is a protest against the badger cull and EDL are marching as well...all in one day!!!
First thing I did this morning though, as a contribution, was to look at the Forum petition...it stood at 52,641 so I tweeted it and it has spread ...lots of wows and well done!!!
I also posted a short message on June's blog about the signatures achieved...that was my contribution to the day of protest on behalf of the cms community here...for those who care about our little ones that is a great effort on International Children's Day!
I have been travelling ... but Nige and I did have a bit of a picnic on the plane and raised a glass to everyone! :D
