where to submit sef

I had a call last monday to see how many children I was minding if any and what days so I am guessing inspection will be soon! It will be my first grading so am just part way through the sef. When its finished im not sure where to submit it. Iv downloaded the ofsted one to word and am filling it in that way rather than online. Do I wait for inspector to call an email it to them or does it need submititting somewhere else??

I always recommend people do it on their computers first and then copy and paste it into the Ofsted site.
