We are really looking forward to pancake day! None of the mindees ate them last year, but they enjoyed making them and I got to hoover up! Yum! :D

I usually end up burning them and having smoke alarm going off whilst I am trying to shut the darn thing up the kids are getting ready to evacuate as they think it is a drill:D .....I gave up a few years ago and bought them.

Yeah Dee my smoke alarm always goes off too

We have a school disco on Tuesday so we had ours on Friday. The children don't really like them so I make the little drop scones on the griddle instead. We have them quite often for snack.
