This is the first time I have heard of us being licensed as minicab drivers, maybe its that our council don't request it, I certainly have never registered as a minicab driver.

Has anyone ever does this on here as its the first i've ever heard of it.

There was an article in Who Minds some time ago about this and some councils did enforce it. There was a forum member (can't remember who) who did have to get registered and had to fit a taxi plate to her car!
