    Default 1 off care

Hi all i am having a little boy for 1 day as a 1 off - does the mum need to fill in a contract, sign all the permission forms and read my policies etc?

    thanks in advance

I'd just do a shortened version of your contract with the hours you've agreed to do and the payment rate and also take payment in advance.

For permissions I'd just get her to sign those that would apply that day eg, outings. But you must make sure you have emergency contact numbers and health/allergy details.
