I might just be having a dizzy moment here!
NCMA contract, on the 'charges for absences' part, I'm confused how to fill it in.
If I am available for work, then I will charge, so when I take holidays,( I plan to take 4 weeks in total) I will not charge, when parents take holidays I will charge. Sooooooooooo.....
'Childminding paid time off' and the 'parents paid time off ' Am I correct in thinking I fill in Childminder paid time off 4 weeks , and parents paid time off 0 weeks ?? or is it the other way around ?
