I would also give parents a copy of your fees policy

All my parents sign a sheet that I have listed all the Polices on, not just the must haves, and they sign to say they have Read, Agree to and have recieved a copy of all the above Policies.

I just feel if I'm asking them to adher to my Policies I should give them a copy of them.

I actually make up a file for all new parents with their childs name on.

I put their copies of the Contract, copies of all the forms they have filled in or signed, so Parential Responsiblity, Next of Kin, Permissions, Child Infor Form, copies of all my Policies, my Complaints Procedure, my Emergency procedure with photographs of my three emergency carers, their names and addresses, copy of my current Ofsted Report (we have to give this to all parents), a copy of my current Pub Lib Ins Cert, The list of my holidays for the year.
