10 year old before and after school

What paperwork do i need for a 10 year old before and after school all i have looked after are babies and toddlers so i am a little nervous about what i need for a older child

Contract, permissions for things like TV, computer, electronic equipment, behaviour agreement, safeguarding info (not picking up children or taking responsibility for them)... that kind of thing.

The older boys I have looked after have enjoyed reading books, doing jigsaws, playing with Lego and making dens.
