Notice for term time only mindee.

If a mindee who only comes during term time gives 4 weeks notice, and that notice spans half term is half term included? (even though she doesn't come or pay for that week) NCMA contracts.

Does that make sense??? It sounded clear until I typed it on here?

Just found this on NCMA Contract "Notice of Termination must be given in writing and should not include a period of holiday or paid time off"

So that would suggest half term week does NOT form part of the notice period.

It sais "should not" not "must not" so really you can do what suits you & the parent

I have 4 term time only mindees and make it clear to parents when they sign that notice (on both sides) can not include any time in school holidays.
