    Am doing the dreaded paperwork update and just want to be sure that I have all the correct permissions!!
    I have
    Photos
    Observations
    Medication
    Suncream
    Bathing & dressing
    Outings
    outdoor play
    transporting in a vehicle
    collection by a named person
    Assistant
    back up minder/emergency
    storing info
    sharing info

    can anyone think of any others???

    Errr... adhesive dressings (plasters) and if relevant sleeping in a lie flat buggy.

    There are lots and lots of ideas on my www.eyfsforchildminders.webnode.com site... you don't need to use them all but some might be useful

    I have one for nappy cream and I've just added a public transport one which had to include a breakdown truck.

    permission for mindee to sleep in travel cot, buggy or car seat

    I was wondering while reading this could you put all the things listed as ideas for parents permission slips, ON ONE slip with a tick box next to each one, at least you know the parent then reads them,,,

    seems a lot to make a different one for each item, thnks
    I WISH IN 2011 TO BE A SKINNY COW,,,,,,,,,,,, MY PICTURE,,,
