Change of address

Hello everyone,

The parents of one of my mindees are moving house next week, what should I do about changing this on their contract? Should I write a new one or
just add a note signed by the parents and myself?

I would just make a note of the new address, signed by parents and then update it at contract renewal time.

Im in this situation at the moment and was wondering if i need to fill out a new child record form for them? ( use NCMA paperwork ) or if i could just produce my own change of address form for them to fill out, sign and then stick with the original form?

I had the same situation a few weeks ago. I did complete new contract but also found that we'd reached the contract renewal date anyway. Hx
