I have a risk assessments folder separate from my other folders.

I do fire practices every month and log them.

I do fire alarm tests every week as part of my daily risk assessments.

Hiya Aly, I keep mine all my RA's in a ring binder with dividers, Daily, Weekly, Outings etc and Fire.

I recently went on a RA course and was told that Ofsted like Fire Practices to take place at least every quarter.

Hi talking of fire checks etc....I had a free home check by local fire station today....fire engine with lots of nice firemen. They fitted some nice new smoke alarms for free. They then had a shout all very exciting blue lights. They came back finished going through everything then my daughter got to sit in fire engine. If you contact your local council and go on to free home fire check they will come out to you.
