'All About Me'..... for a 6m baby?

Hi everyone

I have a 6 month baby girl starting on Wednesday and i am just getting her EYFS folder and her 'All about me' file together.
The 'All about me' sheets I use are more geared up for a toddler, with questions like, do you attend another nursery, whats your favorite TV programme, what topics have you covered so far, words you use when you go to the toilet etc etc.

Has anyone got one that is more geared for babies that i could have a look at. With questions like, what is my nap routine, do you use a dummy or a comfort blanket, i like to roll onto my tummy etc etc.

I have had a look at sarah's ebooks, other sheets from here, the bromley site etc and although they are fantastic, again they all seem to be more for toddlers not babies.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I would just use photos and link it to the EYFS stages/points to note

I use my personalised learning (mini e-book 7) one and miss out bits that aren't relevant.

It still asks about sleep, routines, eating etc you just need to change the wording a bit.

I have used mine with a 6 month and 9 month old baby recently and I have plenty of info to care for them.

Thanks Sarah, I have just bought your E-book.
I am running our of time (I work two jobs, so free time is very limited) so I was wanting one ready made up to save me some time.

I will just have to get my finger out and make one up myself.

Sarah would that ebook only be for babies under 12 months? I signed up little one that will be 1 next week but only starting in August for 2 mornings and 3 mornings from Oct... Would I then use the normal one as I had mom complete the Early Years Passport and just looked such a lot

I have used it recently for 6 and 9 month babies without any problems, but Toothfairy seems to need something more.

I use this for basic care routines.....

and then add it the child's learning journey folder behind a front page of their footprint and the other bits that all the children have...Baby Care Check List.doc
