DO you keep the observations or just contracts and permision forms?

all the children that have left/moved on from me also attended school run nurseries,,so the pre-school profile from them followed the child ,,,,,and after showing the parents my files they were happy for me to keep them incase i get an ofsted inspection and have either no children on role or a new child with little everdence.

i will give the files to parents if they wish or after i have had my inspection,,xx
