    Default "Record of Concerns" sheet

Wasn't sure what to call it, but its the one where you record things that have caused you to become concerned that a child is being abused, explanations given by parents and what action you've taken etc.

    Should the parents sign it?

All this should be in your incident/accident book.

If you have concerns you must follow the Safeguarding Children Procedure (see you local surestart for a copy if you don't have it).

Thanks. It will be in my accident/incident book when I've finished putting it together, hence my question.

Sorry Ali, I'm not sure but didn't want to read and run!

    Thanks Sue.

Doesn't matter now - just forked out for the NCMA accident book that Debbie mentioned above, so will use that to start with and put my own stuff together using the information in that when I start to run out.
