it has taken this long to reduce stocks and reprint.
Obviously, as I just received a new pack of contracts and they are the old ones. Cheeky. If you change your paperwork then you should destroy all the old stuff, not pass it on to 'reduce stock'. So the e-mail NCMA sent you, Rickysmith, in your first post is actually wrong. Clearly we will not be given the new contracts until all the old ones are used up and I have 8 out of date contracts to prove it. I paid for them so I shouldn't have to doctor them up to meet legislation.

Sarah, you know I'm not keen on MM as I feel they are just an insurance company and NCMA is an organization expressly for childminders but I have to say...MM customer service beats NCMA hands down.
Why is "phonics" not spelled the way it sounds?

I am sorry to hear that but if you read the posts others have been sent the new on es in the last week. I would ring them on Monday and complain.

i was just wondering - rickysmiths - do you hate MM for some reason - i seem to be detecting a lot of negativity in your posts when you mention them?

No I don't hate them, I have never used them. I have always been a member of NCMA. It has irritated me though the number of critical comments that have been made about NCMA regarding this issue and nothing had been mentioned about MM and I wondered what they had done on thier contracts, how quickly they had responded etc.

I also said I would find out from NCMA a definative answer on the Contracts which I did and passed it on. But some people are still not happy. I have and still do, recommend that these people phone and get their issues resolved.

I've just been trying to work out what I should do re. parental responsibilty and I think as my NCMA contracts are the old version I'm going to add a seperate form to my mindees folders.

There is one on the Bromey web-site, but I think it needs a bit of titivating!
Here's the link if anyone needs it........
