I,m glad some have had the new one. I think I might email NCMA and ask if they can put a down loadable copy of the info on their web site so those with the old contracts can get a copy to use.

Have just emaied so I'll let you know what they say.

Thanks for the picky Hebs, I'm not surprised though, it has been built up a bit. I assume there are some explanitory notes on the back so you know how to fill it in?

I dont think it has taken since Sept to think of what to put, it has taken this long to reduce stocks and reprint.

Still no info about the MM contracts- do they include this info?

Anyway at least the mystery is solved and we can wait and see what the response is to my email.

They will have the wrong information on them won't they? Even members who bought recently have been saying theirs don't have that section.

I received my contracts just after they decided to revise them. I rang and asked if they could change them but they said NO and that I should attach a separate piece of paper with the info on. Great!

I have no idea about MM contracts because when you are insured with MM you do not have to use their paperwork.

However I am more than happy to email them and ask. Leave it with me.

Ok I have spoken to Morton Michel and they have the 2 questions on their child information sheet.

The way the questions are worded has been checked with Ofsted and they say that Ofsted are happy that MM customers are requesting the correct information from parents.

However, the word 'legal' is missing from question 6 on the form. MM are aware of this and have corrected it for their next reprint.
