Who should fill in contracts and child record forms?

    Default Who should fill in contracts and child record forms?

    Sorry this is a really silly question but when you are doing contracts and child record forms do you actually do the writing or the Parents? For example the child's name and adress and Parents details? I know that some parts are personal to the childminder and the parents shouldn't be filling them in, or do you simply ask the questions and dsicuss with parents then fill it all in yourself?

    I fill in as much as I can to save parents doing it... there's so much paperwork otherwise.

    So long as they sign the right bits and check over what you've put first, it's fine
