Photocopies of forms?
Just curious re accident/incident/medication forms and attendance sheets...having spent quite a bit replenishing these Pacey ones(and ending up with lots of extra bits that are not frequently used and take up space!), does anyone photocopy these or would there be some sort of copyright issue?
...any thoughts on this, ladies? Thank you

I don't use PACEY paperwork so can't look, but I would guess there's a copyright mark on it somewhere.

No, you can't photocopy as copyrighted by Pacey. But nothing stopping you from making your own forms using the same wording (or even improve on the Pacey forms- I think there is room for improvement). No need for carbon-copies: if you want to give parent a copy (and you do not have to, you can just show parent and get signature) you can take a quick photo of the completed form and send over your phone or email etc.

There are free forms for just about everything here - https://www.childcare.co.uk/free-childminder-paperwork.
If you are insured with Pacey I suggest you use their contracts but apart from that you can use these

Thank you very much, everyone....I thought as much, but actually the childcare.co.uk ones seem very user friendly (thanks Sarah!), so I'll have a look at those....really trying to keep it simple, straightforward and cheap as it seems as though all my stuff has taken over every drawer/cupboard/flat surface in the house as it is, without draining my pockets as well! x
