    Default Facebook/Twitter permission forms

    Hey lovelies...

Ok so I have got a FB page and a Twitter account set up solely for childminding use.
I need to put together a permission form together which will enable me to share pictures, activities, planning etc with parents...
I've been scouting for something to help but can't seem to find anything relevant...either that or I'm just looking in the wrong place!!

Has anyone got a form they would mind sharing or any ideas on what I need to include?

    Would be very much appreciated

    Thanks everyone, Sarah x x

You may find it useful to read some of Kathy Brodie's blogs on social media for cms.
You can easily find her on twitter.

For permission you can incorporate these in your Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy
Also as you pay the ICO a membership fee you are covered but put that in your policy and reinforce the need for a 'professional' social media relationship

You can devise forms but would suggest you put this in your contract about the Terms and Conditions of using social media and what you expect.
I had all the T&C in my contract and no problems as it is a legal agreement rather than another form.

    Good luck
