what paperwork, observations, planning would you do in this situation? Do I need a scrapbook with pics or maybe not?

Just relax and enjoy having them :-) I have got scrap books for mine but not much in them yet. I did them so they feel included. But I really like my AdHoc hols children as we can just enjoy having fun :-)

My schoolies and holiday children have scrapbooks ..
But we're usually too busy to put anything in them!
