    Default Hygiene policy

Am I right in thinking this is not compulsory on the early years and childcare registers? But do you have one anyway?

I think it is best covered in more specific Policies-

Food/kitchen hygiene in 'Healthy Eating/Food and Drink' Policy
Nappy changing hygiene in 'Nappy and Toilet Training' Policy
Household/personal hygiene in 'Illness/Infectious Diseases' Policy
    etc
