    Default SEND policy?

I have an "equal opportunities/inclusion" policy that specifies a bit about SEN but what are the current requirements and do I need a seperate SEND policy altogether or is this ok to have mention of it within my equal opportunities/inclusion policy?

I do what you have said (SEND as part of Inclusion Policy).

It is your LA who might ask you to provide a 'Local Offer' statement, so direct your question to your LA. Or they may contact you once you are registered as it is your LA's responsibility to put together a database of all support and provision for families with SEND- so unless you want to be pro-active, let them ask you!
