Notice Letter
Hi!
I need some help wording a notice letter, we are moving home in just over a month so I need to give notice to parents as we will no longer be close enough for the before/after school children and for one of my little ones (I'm pretty sure they only use me as I am on route to work and convenient I'm sure you know the type.)
I really don't know how to start the letter, any tips please?

Dear Parent
It is with deep sadness that I am writing to give x weeks notice of termination, in line with our contract.
This is due to moving house on xx date, and I will no longer be able to service xx school
The last day of care will be on xx
Your fees due to this date are xyz, and will need to be paid in full by xx date
If you are claiming tax credits, you will need to inform them of this change to avoid receiving an overpayment.
If you require care beyond this date can I suggest you contact the Families Information Service for a list of providers, childminder x has vacancies, or childcare.co.uk.
(Bit of individual feedback, pleasure caring for fred and delilah, etc, and wishing well for the future)

When we moved house 10 years ago I went to see all my parents to explain and I then gave them notice in writing. We moved 10 miles and one parent chose to stay with me. It was a godsend I must say because it took a while to build up business in the new area.
