    Default Funded place

Hi all just a quick one, im taking on a funded child in sept, Ive filled in the required paperwork from the council however what paperwork do I need to fill out for my business? Is it just like taking on a ordinary family? so policy agreements, record forms, Ncma contract etc?
Any help would be really appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

Sorry I don't know but am hoping to start doing funded places so will be watching this post with interest. I have also wondered whether you just carry on as if this child / parent was paying in full for their space after all it is our business and need to be protected by contracts, permission forms etc.

The only funded child I have had already did his hours with me so I had a contract in place.

Yes I would have a contract in place for payment I would put 15 hours funded nef child and I would add any other hours are to be paid for at x amount.

I would add an note saying that late payment charges don't occur charges but any other hours do :-)

I would get all permissions etc done too.

I've been advised to do a full contract also, and all the other normal paperwork.

As others seem to do, I do identical paperwork for funded and non funded children. Pacey contracts have plenty of room to write down notes about funded/non-funded hours and any other variations.
