Signing the register

Can i pick someones brains please, at the minute I only have 1 child 1 day a week, if that child is off sick or holiday or I am sick or on holiday do I still record that week on my register or would I just leave it out of my records?

And can i just ask, what does everyone record on bank holidays if a child should attend that day? ")

If a child is ill/holiday etc then I record that in the attendance.

If they are off for any reason I put there usual hours and then the reason there not in. I put what fees I charge to remind myself too

eg Joe Bloggs - 8.30-4.00 - called sick - half fees

I use my own diary for recording attendance, im losing interest with all the paperwork and really need a kick up the backside to get motivated again
