Health and Safety File - What do you put into yours?

Hello,

I am currently reviewing my Health and Safety File to ensure it has everything in it that is required. Can anyone advice what you put into our Health and Safety File?

I have never had one.

I have policies and permissions that cover health and safety, in my portfolio.
I have risk assessments in a folder.
I have insurance documents in my portfolio/displayed.
I have fire drill record in a folder.

Where have you heard about 'health and safety' folders?

off hand I would include a print out from the 'think' website with details of child car seat requirements

maybe a copy of my car insurance certificate and mot certificate

copy of certificate relating to child protection training and copies or references to any relevant child protection docs and copy of first aid certificate
