Default EYFS childminder daily diary from ebay - do you use?

    Hiya
Has anybody used these and if so are they any good.

A cm friend showed me her home made daily diary today and it is really good. Its one sheet per day and I really love the idea of this. She is giving me a template but ime just curious what the above ones are like.

    Thanks

Yes I have been using them since Christmas and they are both a Daily Diary and I am using them as the Learning Journal as well. I have found it great. Much less paperwork, a lot more feed back and info from the parents about what the children are doing when they are not with me. Fab I love them and my parents love them.

Yes I use some from www.childmindingresourceshop.co.uk
They have different ones for different age groups and also observations books. My friend uses them after I recommended and at her inspection recently the inspector said they are the best she's seen.

Is it one page per day with these and is it a years diary. Do you mind me asking what kind of information is in them. I don't want to be writing novels, just bulletpoints.
    Thanks

I have used the diaries in the link and they are great to use. They aren't a year diary just a few months but pretty much every thing is covered in them.

I purchased one from ebay similar to those mentioned on here but I needed to adapt it slightly as I wanted more detail here and less there.

I then took mine to a printer and got a years worth of pages for half the price. Worth a thought if you need a lot.

    Default printing resources

It is much cheaper if you go to a print company, try www.nurseryresources.org they have all the document needed for the EYFS on their web site and all can be customised to your needs. They are launching a childminding site soon as well.
