I have a fire evacuation procedure on my notice board with meeting points etc. Fire drills should be logged somewhere detailing date, time, children present, any problems encountered etc. I make sure each child has done it at least once a month (so some will do it more often) and when a child starts. Some do it termly, there is no standard.
