Hi do I need a new one for each tax year?

I've just been using the same one but just thought maybe I should have started a new one?

I don't have a new one each year. I have had the current one for 2 years now. They all follow on from one to another, so it's easy to link them together if I ever needed to.

I have loads of space left and didn't want to waste it.

I just carry on using mine until it is used up then start another one - I may not fill in last couple of pages so I start a new month in new book but now I have 7 part time children I find they don't last a year anyway.

i DO start a new one for the start of the tax year, and usually use 1/2 of another one each year too.

i prefer then to file accounts book/attendence and anything else for that tax year all together.
