Paperwork for over 8's

Hi
I have just been asked if I could look after one 9yrs old girl who goes with my daughter to same classroom.
I have 4-5 children (various ages from 14 mths-5 yrs of age) plus my daughter who is 9.
So iam ok with numbers ,I just need to double check what paperwork I need. I tried to search for welfare requirements but apart from saying they go on voluntary part of registration ,could not find anything else.

Could someone help me and let me know what kind of policies ,other paperwork I need please?

Also as it is my daughter's friend can she be upstairs in my daughter's room to play together without my direct supervision? Shall I get her Parent's permission in writing just in case?
I will be downstairs with little ones and sometimes bigger ones wants their own space.

You need to read through the requirements of the Childcare Register and make sure you comply with them for the voluntary register -

I wouldn't have a huge problem with an older one upstairs - just check with parents that they are happy and put clear boundaries in place.
