Hiya! I started minding in May 2012 and took on a school run from the beginning, as time has gone on I'm finding it more and more difficult to collect the children as it is quite a walk. How can I end the contract on nice terms? Please help

The best thing I can think of is to give them plenty of notice rather than just the standard 4 weeks. So maybe till easter...

Could you offer a solution? Someone else who picks up from that school and has places? It would lessen the blow to the family involved.

i agree, ask the other cm's who collect from there if they have a space. Then give the longer notice to Easter maybe and help them find an alternative. Maybe the school has breakfast and after school care?
