IS FINALLY AT TARGET WHOOP WHOOP
I think they like to see the cycle of obs / planning, but I haven't been inspected since the EYFS 2012.
When I was inspected last I put my planning file out for her to look at if she wanted to, she was pleased to see the wide variety of planning we do and the examples of work / photos.
Hope someone comes along to answer in more specific terms
so i'm best keeping it then really arn't i? i have all my planning for activities etc is mainly my long term yrly planning i didnt know what to do with! having a huge file sort for new year
thanks x
IS FINALLY AT TARGET WHOOP WHOOP
Old planning is useful for lots of different reasons - to help you improve, to remind you of good ideas from previous years, to give ideas for gaps in resources... and much more!
Mine is in a big file in month order and I read back over it every year to update, improve, evaluate etc...
