I am pretty sure there are a couple of good ones in the free downloads.

I use a A4 diary the one with the days of the week across the top, I devide each day into 3 sections :- before school all day and
after school then I put the names on the monday column and add times to each one, I buy them from cheap shops pick them up for a £
and Mrs O was ok with it I also put my income and expenses down the saturday/sunday part works very well.

I have always used the NCMA one. A page for each child so confidentiality is maintained and in case you ever need to copy the information for Ofsted of a Complaint is made or an allegation.

The children sign themselves in and out using photographs here. I drew a house, put my house number on the door, laminated it and stuck on Velcro ***s, the photos of each child were laminated and velcrom***s on the back too.

The register I complete, I just drew up a table in word with a column down the side for chikdren's names and days of the week across the top, spli for arriving and leaving. I hand write chi,dress names in and if they are school chikdren I write their name twice,
