i think you only need one if you work with assistants/other minders.
its more for nurseries & schools.
i don't know what would need to be in it as such, but its so staff can report the behaviour of other staff/managers etc without comeback.

That's what I thought but a childminder friend of mine has been told that she still needs one, she is due Ofsted next week

I don't have one, but I think you may need to if you work with an assistant.
The Bromley Childminding website has an example. They call it a Raising Concerns policy.
